(A) Parts covered under warranty:

1. All the electronic parts
2. The light source

(B) Parts not covered under warranty

1. The Frame
2. The Writing Surface
3. The board at the back of the frame
4. the electric adapter.

(C) Conditons causing the warranty to be void

1.. Warranty void if the board is opened / warranty sticker at the back is torn or tampered with in any way.

2. Warranty is void the board is damaged / rendered non working due to water going into any part of the board, exposure to direct sunlight, dropping the board, excessive voltage fluctuations, force majeure conditions, acts of God, etc.

(D) Scope and Extent of Warranty;

The scope & extent of warranty is limited only to repair of the Xons Board.
The warranty is back to bench warranty – i.e. the goods have to be sent to our authorized service centre at Bombay for repairs.

Caution Notice

The Xons Board is not user serviceable.

Do not open the board as the light source alignment may go bad and the board will not work properly.

Opening the board may expose an untrained person to electrical shock hazards

Keep away from Water and magnets

Keep away from direct sunlight and very hot temperatures.

Xon Board is for indoor use only.

The product is NOT waterproof.
